• Worked closely with the company’s startup founder & CEO through stakeholder conversations and collaborative data reports to enhance the value proposition and marketing of a relationships manager iOS mobile app, Kindest.

• Designed and executed independent UX research for a 3-month plan, including user interviews, contextual inquiries, survey development, and usability testing among 10 app users.
